ADMITTED

Submitting Your Documents

When requested by the Admissions Office, submit* the required transcripts, test scores and any supporting documents as outlined below or on the next page to complete your admission file.
Please note: your admission file must be complete before you will be allowed to register for classes for the quarter to which you have been offered conditional admission.

Submitting Transcripts

(1) All transcripts submitted must be 'official' (certified, sealed and posted by the issuing institution).

(2) You must submit a transcript (or if a transcript is unavailable, a letter must be sent from the registrar's office indicating attendance and coursework as appropriate) from every institution attended, even if you withdrew before completing a term.

Find the category (or categories) that best describe your entry status and thoroughly read the information. BE ADVISED: more than one category could be applicable to your situation.

(2) If you have taken courses at a community college or university, have transcripts of that college work sent to Cal Poly directly from the institution AFTER you have completed the coursework. Do not send a ' work-in-progress' listing of college courses in which you are currently enrolled.
